Wow!!! What a waste of a day!!! Actually, it was pretty relaxing... Stayed in my PJ's all day and read everything that has been piling up in my "to read" pile... Then decided I REALLY need to start dating and signed up on this site... We'll see what comes of it lol... It seems the ones that interest me live more than an hour away and I am soooo not interested in a long distance romance... Scenerio: 6:30 p.m. anyday; HER:"Hi honey, I really need to be with you right now, can you hurry on over???" HIM: "Of course, I'll be there in 2 hours".  ARGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! ridiculous!!! It seems so stupid to HAVE TO make an appointment to be with your lover doesn't it????
So anyway, tomorrow (Memorial Day), I need to get up early, go purchase bunches and bunches of flowers and go to the cemetary to pay tribute to the veterans who died for our Country and also for those who fought for our Country and died of other causes... I do this every year on Memorial Day as is this not what this holiday was created for??? Memorializing our veterans??? Nevertheless, maybe I'll go out to brunch afterward and see if I can't make some new friends...
