Communication is the foundation to any relationship. You need it for not just family,jobs, friendships but as well as a relationship with a loved one. Without being comfortable and feeling at ease to talk to the people around you, you wont be able to have a good relationship at all.
Being able to talk about your feeling, whats bothering you, about your day or what you want with those around you is so rewarding and there will be no mistaking about everything and anything. You will feel better and everyone around you will know exactly where your coming from.
