First and foremost we are working on having a semi on location to load up all the non-perishable donations that people bring in for the day.There will be a drop off site set up there at the trailer for anything that you can bring....these people need it all ! We are also working on some drop off sites in Seymour,Columbus and North Vernon for anything that you want to drop off prior to the concert.More details to come on that soon.
The will be raffle tickets sold throughout the day with drawings later in the evening.The Terroz of Tiny Town Rollergirls from Columbus will be on hand to skate around the event selling raffle tickets and visiting with the crowd.
They are also working on details for a dunking booth where you can go and try to soak your favorite or most hated local wrestling stars from the Hoosier Pro Wrestling Federation ! Sounds like a lot of fun. We have some local business who have already donated items for the raffles and will be working on more this week. So far we have Malone and crew at Brooklyn Pizza Company in Seymour donating three $25 gift certificates for tasty pizza pies, Holiday Inn Express Seymour has donated a hotel suite for the raffle drawing and we are trying to get all the bands to sign show memorabilia of the day and put it in for a nice fan package drawing .There will be lots more raffle items added this week as we work more on the sponsorship side of things.
