With each passing day I cry for you
I think about everything you used to do
All the wonderful memories I have in mind
You were always thoughtful & always kind
I miss the way you kissed my face
You must know that you were always first place

Never to part
My feelings for you will never fall
I will always be the one that you made, standing tall
I will forever cherish every memory I have of you
I will forever be very sad and very blue
for the feelings I have for you are so strong
Not even thirty years from now will I be wrong

Like the butterflies that flutter around a tree
