| Impressing Me with Your Writing

First and foremost, I can usually tell when an email has been copied and pasted and I'm just one of many recipients. I do agree that this time-saving method of advertising is a great way of putting yourself out there and getting ahead of the competition, but it lacks a personal touch.
If you're going to do that, then at least use proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Now, I know DateHookup (DH) provides spell check, so you have absolutely no excuse to not use it! As for proper grammar and punctuation, my only suggestion is to first type out your message in a word processor first, use the spell check in that (because it checks grammar, too), and then copy/paste it into a DH email.
I'm turned off by poor spelling, grammar, and punctuation. I have a strong affinity for those who take their time to write and type properly, and you get cool points if you can use a semi-colon correctly.
If you think I'm asking for too much, then you should just move on, buddy. I am NOT the only woman out there who feels this way, so you are cutting your loses with more than just one brainy female.
