Well the year is progressing along. We are already 3/4 of the way through 2008. Where does time go? The older I get the faster it goes. Funny how our perceptions change through out the years.
I made it through Tropical Storm Hanna last night. She dropped 5" of rain and my stream overflowed. It was good to get the rain. The pond is almost full. It just needs a few more inches to get there. That will be the first time this season. We are in a drought and so the rain is very welcome as long as there is not much wind damage. I had no wind damage, just the much needed rain. Now we need to keep an eye on Ike.
