| The Rebel Flag and Rainbows

The rebel flag and the rainbow are symbols that mean alot to me. The rebel flag represents the South...the southern states...to me it is the difference between being a rebel or a yankee...and that's it! Why it has become considered a symbol for racism I don't know. I'm sorry that it has...BUT...that's not what it means to me. I love being from the south...I love being a country girl....I love being American! I don't know if the northern states have their own flag or not...never looked into it, but we got one...
and it does NOT stand for racism!
NOR does the rainbow stand for GAY PRIDE!
The rainbow is a visible sign of a promise made to us by the Most High God after He had flooded the earth in the days of Noah, that never again would He do that.Only freakin' stupid Satan could take a Holy symbol from a Holy God and distort it to become a symbol for some kind of SIN! No...you can't "taste" the rainbow...but you can taste the goodness of God every time you see one after the rain...the beauty of the rainbow belongs to God, not to Satan and not to a lifestyle of sin.
Just wanted to present a little clarity on these two issues.... : ) Call me radical, call me close-minded, call me a nut...it doesn't really matter, cuz when Jesus comes back...He's CALLING ME HOME! And that's what matters to me!

Genesis 9:8-16
Then God said to Noah and to his sons with him, “Behold, I establish my covenant with you and your offspring after you,and with every living creature that is with you, the birds, the livestock, and every beast of the earth with you, as many as came out of the ark; it is for every beast of the earth.I establish my covenant with you, that never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of the flood, and never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth.”And God said, “This is the sign of the covenant that I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all future generations:I have set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth.When I bring clouds over the earth and the bow is seen in the clouds,I will remember my covenant that is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh. And the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh.When the bow is in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.”
