| Round two....and three

Ok, now I have met a couple of people through these sites. I have made friends; have talked with some that do not interest me; have created some great connections, and have made a very dear friend that I think the world of. But on this road to success, I have come across a couple of men that have pulled the same "crap", as I have mentioned before. "Why aren't men as honest as they should be?" One has "talked the talk" by IMing with me, but still no results. And another has said he was interested, but his actions said differently. The second of the two, just seemed as though he couldn't make up his mind. One minute he acted and talked as though he was interested, then the second minute, acted as though he couldn't really give a ****. And did I mention that the first guy started out a couple of months ago all "hot and heavy" with the talk, then I didn't hear from him for a over a month, and now he is right back to the "hot and heavy" talk.
So now my question expands. "Why aren't men as honest as they should be?" and - What is the purpose of the games?
Any insights to these statements?
