| Fighting against the wind

This evening as I was sitting out on the porch, I got to watching a hawk soaring above when he found himself flying against the wind. He fought to fly into the invisible barrier.. flying a little higher and than a little lower. Every time he seemed to try to relax his tiring wings, I thought he was going to tumble over. Finally, he swooped around in the opposite direction.. going with the flow instead of against it. He found it to be a much easier path to follow and soared to his contentment.
Hummmm.. what a concept. If one direction finds you struggling against the wind, simply turn around and find another way to journey. The scenery may be just as awesome.
