Time to bring the hippy back!
For too long we have forgot about the hippy. "The Man" let's us live nice and have the things that we are supposed to strive for but to do so we must conform to "The Man"'s way. Try living outside of the revenue encrusted world that most live in. If we don't live just as "The Man" wamts us to, so he can make more money, then there will be hell too pay. Life in suburbia is nice so we forget about how much we are controlled in this world. Well, now the shit is about to hitt the fence. Gas will soon be over $4.00 a gallon, the price of everything is twice or three times as much, the enviroment is all to hell, most are trapped in "The Man's" system, and my appalachian people are still gett'n screwed by "The Man" as billions of dollars leave the area in coal and gas and it is still one of the poorest areas in the country. I can go on all day about what kind of bullshit "The Man" has been shoveling us for years. It is time to bring the hippy back. We've forgot about the hippy because life hasn't been bad enough to need someone to protest for our rights. Well, I for one think it is time to bring the hippy back. In this country and this world a few things are on the brink of setting things off to disatorous events. What would happen if gas suddenly became unaffordable and we could not use our cars anymore? What if a big change happened to the enviroment, such as maybe the way we're f**king up the planet? If either of these things happened the way of life in this country would collapse. How many could live in this country if we didn't have gas to get us around and get what we need to live? How many millions would die if the enviroment changed as it very well may do. We are on the brink of something very bad. Our Goverment just acts like the gas is not a problem. They act as if the enviroment is just fine and dandy. Well, I think it is way past time to bring the hippy back, time to bring the hippy commune back. I have much more to say about this subject but I would like to know what others think. Are you swallow'n the lie or are you ready to stand up and be heard? Time to bring the hippy back. I for one have started my first protest against the man. The hippy way. I will not cut my hair till a few things happen: 1. Gas and combustion engines are no longer how we get around and how we destroy the planet. 2. A man can live good without conform'n to "The Man's" ways. Banks, Morgate', new vehicle, tax paying job to pay homeage to "Man", and everything else "The Man" reguires to live in his world. 3. My people live as they deserve. For once some of the billions of dollars that come out of the appalachian mountains stay in the mountains with it's people. 4. Something, hell anything, gets done about the enviroment. We can not keep sitting in the dark acting as if nothing is happen'n to this world. Those are just a few to start, I will come up with more! I know I will never cut my hair again but it is time to make a stand. I know all of these things will never happen but we gotta start somewher. I make a call to arms. Time to bring the hippy back. Who is with me?
