| Charlie Horse

I recently decided to drop a few pounds so went out and bought new running shoes and a few pairs of knee length wind skins.
Off to the park I went and on the second lap around the lake pulled a cramp. I slowed to a hobble and was giving to my left side when a fellow runner comes up from behind, turns backwards running still and ask "Are you OK?"
I said "Yes, just a Charlie Horse."
He must have noticed the pained expression on my face because he asked "Want me to rub it out?"
I laughed and "Better not, it's in my left butt cheek."
He grinned, shook his head and continued his run. As for me, I'm OK and I had a smile for the rest of the morning.
