| Well... this sucks

in case anyone is wondering where i'm from, Panama City Beach florida. However, I'm a soldier who's stationed in Fort Campbell Kentucky at the 101st Airborne Division. I'm airborne qualified and air assault qualified, which means I jump out of planes and rappel out of helicopters (only when need be of course).
Anyway, here's th ereason for the subject of this blog. A few months ago I was deployed to tikirit, Iraq (saddams hometown). Then I got reattached to an itty bitty patrol base in between adawr and mujafah, and well mujafah is to terrorists what detroit is to cars. Due to something called OPSEC (operational security) I can't give specifics, but it sucks because I just got blown up almost a week ago. Now I'm in a hospital in Landstuhl, Germany. I was an in-patient for a few days, but now that I'm an outpatient the suck factor has come down some, I'm just recovering now, so I spend most of my time travelling Germany, it's pretty bang-a-rang... just incredibly lonely. The women around here are disgustingly easy and if you read my profile I'm not into that.
At first the docs said I might lose my hand, then maybe just a few fingers, then I might have nerve damage, now they are saying I'm healing great and I should be back in the fight in a few weeks. The only thing left to heal is my hand, it's fried pretty bad, if anyone has yahoo im feel free to email me and i'll give you my yahoo im id.
