| How do i go on?

How can i go on living life? It's hard to live every day b/c of my ex. He really scared me for life along with my daughter. How? Yeah every day i was basically beat . i have a knife to my throat, gun to my head, and he even put me in the hospital. Then he let me lye in a bed for 4 days while i threw my brains up. Then i was taken to the hospital again. He burned my daughter three times by her mouth and nose. This is crazy. How do i go on? Thinking this day after day, tthat he may pop up and decide to do something really stupid????
