| if you work a lot of hours is it a downside?

My job keeps me at work a minimum of 50hrs, yet usually ends up being about 60. It could be about to get worse for a few months since I am in ine for a promotion that just needs owner approval which unofficially has been given to me. They are just waiting for the new period to begin. After a couple months the hours should tame back down once the store is properly staffed and trained. The other downside is that it does not end here. I also field phone calls all hours of the night since I have final say on all issues.
My question is is this a turn off to all of you ladies or is it a benefit? Please let me know your thoughts and how you think I should handle this with you all.
