| My neighbors

I have the noisiest neighbors upstairs. Why do you think it's okay to let your devil child run circles about my head for hours, or jump off of the couch over and over again? I think it's just a tiny bit of a problem when the pictures on my dresser fall over or the pictures actually fall off my wall. I've asked you to be quiet a couple times already, with rude responses. Hopefully that note to management will be of some help. Next step, a sign on my balcony: Free clogging lessons, one floor up.
