| Playing His Guitar

when I watched that boy play the guitar
It soothed me
I fell asleep by his sweet music and
capturing voice
When he touched me, he came up behind me
I was surprised
he grabbed my waist
Almost like we were a pair
he asked if I was okay
but i told him "no, but i'll be fine"
his eyes shinned as he looked at me
I just wanted to talk to him
for a while
even if we didn't have anything important to say
just to talk
to the guy that soothed me
so
when i was in need
when my heart was breaking and cold
and needed somebodys warmth
he filled my heart with warmth
that guy that soothed me
wooed me with his kind words
his soft voice
his capturing eyes
that was the boy
that played so good on his guitar
