| havin' fun now!

Ok I don't want to "jinx" it, but I am happy to report I have had some very positive connections & communications. 
I'd forgotten how important it is to date or otherwise be involved with someone who can make me laugh! 
It seems we place so much emphasis on hobbies, likes, dislikes & of course physical attributes or shall we just say "looks" that we forget how important it is to get to know someone's character 
How fun it is to meet someone that you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a steak dinner with and what turns out to be more important than where or what you had for dinner so much as truly enjoying someones company, just for who they are. 
Be yourself, be true to your own character...flaws and all, because in the long run, who we are is who we will always be. Speaking for myself, I hope to find someone that will know and love me just the way I am, quirks & all. 
It's like I said in previous blog entries, I'm not givin up on love,  no way! until I meet the person that I will slide into the golden years with, I am going to have as much fun as I can meeting new & interesting people & learning a little more about myself along the way. Nothin wrong with that. 
carry on singles! don't take it all too seriously & do have fun. Afterall, even if you don't have sparks & fireworks going off in your head & heart, how cool is it to meet & welcome new friends into your life??
Everyone is worth knowing...however brief their visit in your life is. Enjoy the moment.
