 OK, I admit it, the holidays seem to have a dampening affect on me. I try so hard to "cease the moment", but loose sight of it sometimes. My life seems to be "missing something" during that time. I'm not really sure if it's the empty nest syndrome, new environment or lack of a significant other that weighs on my mind. It must be something subconscous because I am not aware of my mind doting on anything specific, I just feel a little "empty" during the holidays. I'll be here just "zenning" if anyone wants to chat.....Hope to hear from you....M
