Praise God for the wonderful day He provided! What an awesome God He is!

This past Saturday, I attended a picnic, hosted by my Sunday School class. I had a LOT of fun, but I kind of over-extended myself, physically- lol. Sunday morning, I was so sore, I was barely able to make it to church! However, it was all worth it.

This class is filled with a great bunch of people and I miss them all each time we leave to go home.

We're supposed to meet on Wednesday night for dinner at the church and I can't wait. There's also a meeting of the choir for rehearsal after the dinner and I may attend that, possibly to talk about joining, but I haven't decided whether or not I want to do that.

We're also supposed to meet for another picnic on Memorial Day at the house of one of the class members. Last I heard, the picnic had not yet been approved, but everyone seemed fairly confident that it would be.

Unfortunately, I already signed up to attend a picnic that day with a Meetup group from "Meetup.com," however, I think I would rather attend the church picnic, so I'll probably contact the meetup group to tell them my plans have changed. They're a great group too, but I don't really feel that I've connected with them quite as well.

I guess I should get going because it's kind of late, but I just wanted to note my enthusiasm for this group here. I hope I don't do anything foolish to mess it up- lol. Of course, I wouldn't do anything like that intentionally, but it's not unlike me to make bad decisions or to take improper actions when I come across something good.

Wow, your excitement really shows in your blog! Have some faith in yourself. We all make bad choices from time to time, use it as a stepping stone and hopefully that will keep you from falling off the trail! Peace!
