| holiday weekend

Getting started is the hardest part?? Maybe, but you also have to be in the right mood, I think : )
I just got back from riding my horse.....and had a great ride....not too long, but very productive.
I am off work for a 4 day weekend, so am feeling more relaxed than normal.....(ususally too tired, too busy to do much extra stuff!!) I am picking up the grandkids (two girls) for a fun weekend at "MeeMaw's" house. They live in the Chicago suburbs, so, I think they need to be exposed to small towns and country living sometimes, or they will grow up "lop-sided"...hahah
I am taking the girls to a team penning event this weekend....not that the girls are interested in horses : ( but I will have fun watching....and my trainer may enter my horse....but is waiting until Saturday to decide??
