| Day Out With Thomas The Tank Engine

Yesterday, the 23rd, I took my son to Day Out With Thomas. When we arrived in Heber he saw a glimpse of blue and went insane. He started yelling look mommy it's Thomas look, look!!! I had his picture taken with Thomas of course, and I definately could not miss how totally excited he was to see Sir Topham Hatt and have his picture taken with him. Yes, I know most the trains names, my mom side is showing  . My mom bought him a train whistle and a wooden whistle so I was Gordon and he was Thomas last night before bedtime and we had seperate rail lines. We rode the train and he LOVED looking out the side, we were in an open air car, and he made a buddy named Griffen who wanted to sit by him. By the end of the 30 minute ride my son and Griffen were singing I've been working on the railroad or what they knew of it. The entire time was so worthwhile but very tiring.
The day before my dad, mom and I took Drew, my son, to Hoogle Zoo. It was hot and where he is only 3 he got really tired and lost interest. He said he saw a few animals but most were hiding to get cool. All in all I do think he enjoyed Thomas more because it was cloudy and a little cool so we didn't cook.
It's been a great weekend and Friday I did have a job interview and it went really well. I will know this week if I have the position. I am hoping so I miss working, but I know that I would enjoy the challenge this position would give me.
