| What I'm Looking For...???

So I've been giving this a lot of thought lately , and I think I'm finally ready to get serious and I finally have an idea of what I'm looking for.
1.) First and foremost she has to be intelligent, and be able to give me a run for my money. Those that know me, know I won't shy away from a good debate/argument. I know I tend to understand something better if I have a good old argument over it, as crazy as that sounds, so don't be afraid to pick a fight with me, lol.
2.) She has to be in fairly good shape  . I'd like to find someone to workout with, and/or go running with, biking, cardio, etc. Not to mention, let's be honest, physical attraction is part of the game.
3.) Up front and honest. I know in a lot of my past relationships this has been a big reason for break ups. I think a person word is more important than anything, so being honest or loyal or whatever you wanna call it is tremendously important. I've always found that just telling someone the truth even though they don't want to hear it is better than sweeping it under the rug.
4.) I want someone who knows how to have a good time, but also knows how to act depending on the situation. I guess a maturity level is what I'm looking for. She can cut loose when we go out, but knows how to put the proper act on when we go to a formal. Funny, and fun loving is a must, pushes me to do and try new things.
5.) A Lil Aggressive...I sometimes need someone to give me a kick in the butt to get myself motivated. I know I always push people to strive for their best, and expect the same in return.
6.) Last and probably most importantly...I need someone who understands that my job can take a lot of my time and a commitment with me means a commitment to my job as well, if that makes sense.
I know I'm asking a lot, but I'm sure someone fits into what I'm looking for. Not to mention, I love coffee, so if yo like coffee to, your already a step ahead!
