Sitting here in the irony
of the moment
Talking about writing a book
trying to catch a thought
Searching for memories
while standing in time
So much wanting to say inside
so much staying behind the gate
BREATHE
Which way do you look
What did you say
Which step did you take?
Did you make it back
from the dream
with the one you want
are they willing to go again?
You think of your loved ones
remembering your friends
Have you said Thank You
for the time you were allowed
If not, start saying
never wait
Only with your last breath
is it to late
