Hmmmmmmmm i dont know bout some of these people
by bella23059 at 6/9/2009 6:31:52 AM

See heres the thing. I work in retail and i see all sorts of people all the time. The sad part however is i find myself thinking more often than not: Are these people drinking the green kool- aid or what? Its got to be something in the water. People you're trying to wait on are on the cell phone talking about things in front of you that makes you REALLY wish you could have a sudden case of deafness. then you have the people that are forever in a [blocked site],mpy mood and nothing you do will ever be right because they're determined if they're going to have a bad day then so are you. NOT!!! Sorry i can think on my own my friend. Then of course there r those whom u really wish that would look in the mirror before leaving the house! just because You are under the wrong impression u got a nice a** doesnt mean the rest of us should have to see it. My biggest pet peeve? STUPIDITY. If your that ignorant and still dont get whats going on around you i have no sympathy for you. When you see someone walk into a gas station when the power is off and say "well can i still buy some gas?" That my friends is when you know you have seen it all. People wake up be considerate of each other!!!!! Get off the phone, help your elderly nieghbor out when her car breaks down, and the next time you go into a store and you let the door shut on the little munchkin behind you because you didnt hold the door open? Be careful because it might be me, and i will let you know it. So pull your head out of the kool-aid bar and be better to each other.

Yep... I know exactly what you're talking about. I used to work in retail too and I'd leave the job each day thinking these same things! I know it's an old cliche', but I really do think everyone should be made to work retail for a year of their lives so they'll get a clue what it's like and learn some common courtesy!
