| Things are looking up!

New job, new wheels, new attitude. Hmmm, all that's missing is Mr. Right. I heard it said once, "Happiness is a decision." I believe Michael Fox quipped that. The more I contemplate this morsel of wisdom, the more I come to realize how true it is. On a molecular level, emotions are nothing more than chemical reactions to incoming stimuli. Whether you are two years old or fifty-two, anger is nothing more than a reaction to not getting something you wanted or the outcome you expected. The bottom line is - We choose how we react in a situation. A wise old man once told me, "We teach best what we ourselves have yet to learn." ( Richard Bach, Tales of The Reluctant Messiah.)
I guess this means I gotta quit with the temper tantrums in the toy aisle at WalMart. Darn! Maybe I should go back to making nude snow angels to deal with my frustrations.....
