| another quiet day

Working the midnight shift in order to support not only yourself but a business on top of everything is insane. Unfortunately its just one of those things that people in my situaltion have to do. So i just sit here and try and come up with things to do while i watch over a couple hundred people. I find it interesting though how these people tell there stories. They are some of the most interesting stories you could never get from hollywood. Stories of life, love, war and peace, winters and summers past. This is the reason that i can get out of bed at 11pm and come to work. I remember a short while back there was a woman that had fallen in the lobby of my building, she was maybe 95 and looked like she had barely any life left in her.
