Lets drag our feet some more...
by gattnypoo12 at 6/25/2009 1:36:00 PM

K...my landlord is really pissing me off. I have been asking him to fix several things at my apartment and still I have yet seen it done. I'm about to say f**k it and get my deposit back and move somewhere else. I'm tired of him dragging his feet and I have been patient enough. Not only that I found out that my neighbor is still using my electric. I'm not even going to get on that right now but lets just say my bill is almost just as much as my rent. I am so f**king pissed off I could probably piss fire right now. I normally am a very happy person but I have let this bother me all day and now I'm just pissed and frustrated. I can't wait to get home and chill out and I think I might even get drunk tonight since I'm so pissed. Anyways I hope everyone else is having a great day. Until next time...

It would be a Great for you to buy unite, now is great time for that.Your monthly payment might be smaller then renting from someone. You probably might found something with utillity maint.that means, you don't have to pay Power, watter, cable bill at all, everything is included in maint.Stop waisting your money on renting, and look for some info for first time buyer, and goverment gonna help you with down pay.and closing cost, and believe me you will be Happy again.

Unfortunately Texas is not a renter friendly state! You can not with hold rent for repairs. I would report your concerns to his boss (the management company themselves) who I doubt could care less but then again you never know. Report the electric stealing to your electric company too right away! Then I would report all in writing to the TX Apartment Association. Just make certain you read your lease and follow the guidelines to a T!
