Why does it matter if you're window tint is 30% on the front windows Ohio? I think it's ridiculous for cops to harass people over it when there are more important things to worry about. Go harass the elderly people driving 25 mph in a 55 mph zone. Why are they driving so slow anyway? Hell, when I'm old i'll be getting speeding tickets; I have death to outrun. The whole law is based on the fact that police officers can't see in the car when walking up. Why isn't there a law on the percentage of the back windows then? There's not, and no limit on how dark you go. Just for you, harassing officer, I got legal on the front two and double limo all the way around; suck on that. (I'll be smiling until I back over a small child...I can't see out the back of my car now...damn it!  )
