| wine tasting

Today i went to my favorite little shop in occoquan for wine tasting. I found this awesome australian wine with some very crisp grapefruit undertones that is great for summer. I spent the day as a tourist in that quaint little town. It really never get boring. I came home and cooked some chicken for a few meals. I found a great recipes in a weight watchers book. My theme eating appears to be eat for energy. So I try and keep plugging instead of chugging coffee and ingesting sugar. Rae
