| Met nice person! but he put invisable block!

Well I have been talking to this nice person were friends. He wrote me a message and said he was glad too hear from me, So I sent him a e-mail and said the same. Well last night I wrote him a note, but when i tryed too send the message, it said he had a block on his sight or and invisable shield. How could that be we were talking for a while now and i don't know how too get in touch with him, it blocks me every time. Do I forget about this person and move on we are just friends, but its nice to have someone too talk too who is nice and does write back!! HELP
