| Army Life

Yes its true im in the Army but its not as most would think, I am just in training but I have been in a hold status for a while now because of medical issues and im getting out as a wounded vet in a few months. How ever thats not what im here to talk about im here because I wanted to let the people who are thinking of joining know that the mass here are morons, yes thats right I said it the population of almost all of the people you meet while in training have no common sense nor do they posses any kind of actual thinking process. You see I came to this conclusion once I got to AIT I was told people here where better than that in basic training but even the cadre Sgt's here are beyound help mentaly,I figured that since they have been in the Army for so long they would at least have common sense but nigh they have none at all. I am saying this because you could have a tast that if thought threw with common sense and a few moments could be done in minutes but they seem to think something else in their minds when im thinking of the simple common sense process it could be done in because when they tell you their ideas it usual takes hours to finish when the way I had could have taken only minutes,or you try and tell them your thoughts and they tell you that your not paid to think just do what they tell you... im sitting here thinking all the time and guess what im still getting a pay check so I want to know why my ideas are not as important as a Sgt's or someone higher as a matter of fact alot of good battle plans and descions are made by the lower ranks due to the fact that they are the ones doing the work and have to think things through any way. What im getting at here is that I have found that the Army thinks that if you have no high reank you are not important but if they used common sense they would see that if the lower ranks said screw off then they would have a damned hard time trying to figure things out and do them their selves, so I ask them about something and they tell me its not my place well what if they asked me to do something and I said its not my place they would not know what to do I assume but I would be forced to do it or they would try and court marshal me for disobeying a direct order. You know I want to be that guy who says "Hey guess what im getting out go screw yourself thank you have a shitty day." but I cant so oh well but I still enjoying knowing that I have more common sense and a higher thought process than some one who is in their 40's and higher ranking, it gives me a sense of power over them when I do or say something that they cant answer or tell me is wrong I think I bring them to reality that not all people are robots in the military and they fear me for that. Well thats enough ranting for one day I have things to do other than sit around and tell others how the idiots of the military are handeling things, I bid you farewell until next time that I rant withen the walls of cyber space.
