| nervous doc's appt 4 knee checkup

today i took a ride @12pm to western ny doc's appt it not first, but 2nd times i've been there. i get so nervous when doc will say after sugery. finally @ 2pm appt appear called my name i shaking like a leaf, i knew i works so hard to keep my healthy knee going. finally i got doctor went in said "hi" high five up air saying good job..... i am suprise what he did like the works i did thanx god i thought im not happy for him.
now he wanted me remain in P.T.(physical therapy) next 6 weeks im will be back in his office feelin nervous all over again. thanx god put all my works for it i m proud of it. starting tmw pt will kick my butt keep my knee back into shape whew. will see abt that, im strong, tough it up .... but i has to be smart on careful with knee.
