My Soulmate...
by joy617 at 7/14/2009 7:03:16 PM

To me a SOULMATE is someone who connects with you on a different level than others.

A shared look recalls a memory and can communicate a whole conversation without words.

One word can send you both into laughter from something you shared in your past.

A place can make you remember "the good times".

A SOULMATE has walked paths with you that no one else wanted to walk down. They know your hurts, pains, fears, your favorite foods, favorite movie and song, etc. They know you almost as well as you know yourself.

A couple becomes SOULMATES over pillow talk. Sharing their hearts, mind and soul as well as their body with their spouse.

They share secrets, hopes and dreams. They have accomplished goals together and walked through some valleys together.

They have a past with you, are in your present and will a part of your future. You can't imagine life without them. You wouldn't want to live with out them in your life.

They are who you call, text, leave messages for, spend time with and invest in their life.

May we all find a SOULMATE to share our world, hopes and dreams with!
Jan

A soulmate is the one God had in mind for you. He just doesn't say exactly when you'll meet him though. In His own time I believe it happens.

God's timing makes me think of Isaiah 40:31, "But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
