i knoe that i ain't got everything
..right not i prolly can't afford a diamond ring
but baby i'm trying to do my thing
in life i was told everything isn't what it seems
so up until now i've been living in dreams
passing the ball to different egos like we playing in teams
i can't stay focus cuz that was never my strong point
but i made it clear that i was high on life i didn't need to smoke that joint
completely seeing all and wit a clear and clean had now i don't even see the point
okay okay so i'm only twenty and this is only the beginning
i figure i've sinned this much mind as well keep on sinning
but now i see that it's my life and soul to the devil i'm lending
notice i said lending i'm gonna get my life back
i got too many ppl rooting for me to even think bout cutting myself slack
All the Desert homies making sure i stay on track
and i ain't even out there that's something i should show you
so talk you shit till your face turn blue
ain't gonna hurt me none got my niggas now so what you gone do
and even if they don't work i'm work my way to God so what you say to that
He will always hold me down as long as i give myself to him i'll give myself a pat
no I ain't a christian but i do believe that's it my turn at bat
i gotta pull all my resources to tell me everythings gonna be okay
it's just all my my dragons and demons that only i can Slay
after that then i can step back look around, look down, look up and say
"thanks guys, thanks God, thanks ppl helping me in the south"
"thanks to all the ppl who helped keep food in my mouth"
"you guys knoe i love you like i love eating, and i'm just keeping it real"
"you showed me when i was wilding out save time to just chill"
"starting a new chapter so this is the calm after the storm and i knoe the deal"
"just had to write and tell you how i feel"
