Gifts? I don't think so!!!

flirty_me_1	8/6/2009 7:41:50 PM A month or more ago, I had a man insist I had looked at his profile and send him a wink..I did not ..I do not wink, definitely not the first contact. I don't like the fact that when someone sends a gift it will show up public that a gift was received and which one it was. I think that is not right and a violation of my privacy for all to be able to know I received a gift. Should be my choice if it is on my profile..I do not like any of it. Trying to get others to purchase points and send gifts.

You do that there is such a thing also as in changeing your setting on this site to where know one else see that you recieve a gift from anyone.Come on we are all adults here and its your choice in what you do and dont do on this site or any other site for that matter JMO Kris

I have written "customer service" and guess they did not know how to fix it as they said they would tell "Dustin" about it. Have not heard back nor does my site work right yet.. Some very strange things do and can happen with this dh site.... just tell the people you didn't do it ... all in all I love dh and have made so many really good friends here both men and women... hope you get it all straightened out ... LOVE TO ALL

alrose	8/7/2009 10:57:43 AM I agree with Johnny. You already have the smileys you can add. If I get a gift, I'd like real flowers or a card. I didn't know you could hide gifts, but I don't think it is anyones' business but yours if you send or recieve a gift. Yes, I've got e-mails saying I sent winks. I know I didn't. I didn't know who they were and I had never viewed their profiles. I'm not great at computers anyway, but I have enough sense to know when I view someone or don't. I don't think I'll be going to Idaho where they lived. I just marked it up to a glitch!

joy1954	8/8/2009 7:49:31 AM Lotus, when you log in and your home page comes up, it shows you the men in your area who have updated their profile, commented on a thread or blog, joined, etc. I had a guy insist that I had "sent my profile" to his inbox. I think I had updated it and it showed up in the "women in your area". Personally, I think the gifts are rather lame. If I want to send an image to someone, I'll do it through photobucket or my pics.

jasie52	8/9/2009 7:39:21 AM I have been on several sites at one time or another. I met my significant other on Match.com which is a paid site, no better than a free one. Some of these sites prey on people. Like Match when I closed my account they began sending me guys winking at me like 30 year olds..now give me a break. The only conclusion I could draw was that they were sending bogus winks to get my membership again. Just have to be careful and knowledgeable. And keeping that in mind sites can be intersting and you get to make many friends.

Ever since the chat box was taken away, this thing has gone screwy. I too canceled my account on a paid site, and somehow Im still getting winks. How is this possible if you no longer have a profile up?
mudd_76 online now!	8/10/2009 4:10:43 PM I like getting and sending winks. It's fun and makes me smile. I send winks to alot of people and don't expect a reply. Just saying hi to a friend or I was just reading your profile. either way take it as a complement and move on. If someone says you winked when you didn't Politely let them know you didn't send a wink. perhaps just ignore the situatoin all together. I'm sure they will go away. As far as the gifts don't except it say thank you and move on. JMO I just don't think it's worth getting upset about. Going on a winking spree now!!!!
