Well another year has passed and I have missed this race again. I get so down on myself because I really want to do this..... I try to manage my time so that I can train and get in shape. But I lose focus. The wool capitol triathlon was this weekend here. Last year I missed out because I was running alittle short and my swimming wasn't strong enough. Everyone that I know keeps telling me do it anyway. You don't have to come in first, you just have to finish.......
