| Bored in the big city~

Well I am sitting here wondering what in the world to do today. I do not start my new job till later this week, and I absolutely do not know anyone to hang out with. Pondering rather I should go get on the T in Davis Square and travel downtown, but at the same time, will I find my way back? Where to go to meet people, how do you meet people in a new city, what do you say them?
Someone come rescue me!
