I just dont get why we always have to make things so damn complicated. I recently ended a LTR and now I am back on the dating circut. And it really sucks! I have tried to date two women and both times were a total failure. I tried like hell to be open and show sides of myself that I normally wouldn't and all the while I was having to fight tooth and nail just to get either one of these girls to open in the slightest. it just shouldn't be this hard to find a decent girl who actually understands the concept of open communication. no battle can be resolved and no relationship can be carried on without it.
I dont don't think it is too much to ask of a person to willingly expose their emotions even if it means discomfort to the other person. "hell, I would rather have someone put me on the spot by telling me how they feel oposed to shriveling up like a friggin' lemon....
Just as I said to the last girl I dated, "Any response is totally welcomed."
