Be polite...please.

I never...ever post blogs but i just thought i'd share this. Please, if you are ever having some conversations and things are going pretty well and you then chat about maybe meeting up sometime and you change your mind...PLEASE inform the other person. Really, i assume most people on dating sites are mature enough to do that. I guess i'm just bugged because i was having a nice converation with someone and we both talked about having similar interests and that maybe we can meet up for coffee or drinks or something and i was really looking forward to talking to her some more or meeting her then the next thing i know i'm blocked from her profile! I have no idea why or what happened. Hey, if there was a change of mind or if you met someone that's fine. But please don't make me feel like i said something wrong or anything like that. I'm completely clueless...baffled...anyway, it's just a thought!

sunshine71467	8/20/2009 2:38:04 PM How right you are...some people do not realize there is a live person on the other side of the pc, and even worse we all have feelings, and they can be hurt, what a shame that you had to experience, that, I understand how hurt and confused you are, because the same happened to me, one minute there and the next 'POOF' they were gone, all I can say, not all on here are like that, we truly want to make friends, and if it leads to more, then it does, we all must realize we are adults, as you say, and learn to accept that were all are people in general who have feelings, and I hope your pain lessons, a little every day. You will be in my thoughts and I hope things work out for you!!!
ironmikesdad	8/20/2009 2:48:45 PM I agree with you Mike. Whats worse is when you do meet and things seem to go fairly well and then you don't hear from them again. That's frustrating. Just my opinion but.....if I get an email and there is no attraction then I email them and tell them....sorry, don't think we are a match. If we meet and I don't feel it, then I tell them in an email, just didn't feel the 'spark'. I sure don't get that in return. Leaves you wondereing.....what the heck did I do????

There are a lot of these sites out there, & a lot of people on them make empty promises and then like you say they vanish.Coming to a site like this becomes there life, hobby, they can't leave it alone.Just think of it as Mind over Matter. You don't mind 'cause they don't matter.
