So fellows how do you define a good woman? & what does it takes for a woman to win your heart?

All the other stuff I can pretty much bring to the plate, but she has to have her own for me to notice her, let alone let her win my heart. I'm reserved these days with my emotions than that I used to be. Years ago, she could have stolen my heart. I have to let her in now.
