Sitting here wondering why people sign up for dating sites when they are still carrying emotional baggage from a past relationship that they can't seem to let go of. Obviously they are not ready to move forward and there is nothing worse than having to listen to someone rant and rave about their ex wife or girlfriend. We all have pasts, and it's our choice to take those mistakes we have made and improve ourselves, or beat ourselves up over them. I personally believe in learning from the mistakes and moving forward to become a better person from what I've learned. I'm so tired of being told I am "too nice" and "it's not you, it's me" IF you aren't looking for a nice person, than what are you looking for? Someone who will treat you like dirt? That's not who i am, and am certainly not looking for the type of man who would treat me that way. Life is for living, not walking around with a cloud of doom hanging over your head. No one here on this earth is perfect and perfection just doesn't exist in a person. People list the qualities they are looking for, yet when it is staring them in the face, they don't realize that what they are looking for is right in front of them. I don't get it. Maybe I'm getting a tad cynical as I get older and start this phase of my life, not sure.
