| LABOR DAY/ AARGH IT'S MONDAY!!

As I read the caption this morning "AARGH IT'S MONDAY!!", on this site, it gave me cause for a reasonable alarm, for it is Labor Day, after all.. It also gave rise to the thought, have we, as America's seniors been doing their jobs??? Not just a job, but the responsibilities, we assume when we take on the responsibilty of raising a family??
I am sure there will be dissenting comments as to what this day stands for and to what I have to say, but to me, this day was created for the working class Americans.. It is a day to celebrate and relax, a day, in more sober moments, to acknowledge the working force in this country and pay tribute....
Without the blue collar workers, without the white collar supervisors, without the executive force, we would not have a country to live in..
There would be no need for a government.. After all, without a country, who needs a governing body??????
To me, this is what Labor Day means.. A time for family and friends, an extra day to appreciate what we have..and worked for...
To you,SENIORS, I pose the question? "HAVE WE MAINTAINED OUR RESPONSIBILITIES?" DO OUR OFFSPRING KNOW????..........................................
