Why Pretty Girls Always Seemed Pissed Off.
by darkglasshadow at 9/9/2009 2:15:57 PM

Im sitting in the bookstore, working on a postcard, racking my brain as to what to say on it, what would jump out for potential clients, headphones on, in the zone, my own little world, oblivious to the world.
I hear some inaudible noise closeby, as I shift my focus from my laptop to the noise, I realize its a very nice looking girl, just grabbing a coffee with a friend. Only there for just a moment, seemed like she was just dropped by to grab a coffee, dressed rather comfortably in a gray tank, dark jeans and flip flops, not your supermodel type but it brought a rather strange thought to mind nonetheless; something Ive yet to come conclusions to till now.
Ill admit, I don’t usually check girls out. I’ll say it again in case someone missed it the first time.
Actually, reread it I dont feel the need to retype it, you get the point.
Either way, I glanced at the girl, and then glanced around the room to see who was eyelocked to the stranger who stopped by, or I should rather say eyes-stuck-on-ass lock as her back was turned from the cafe where a handful of people populated the chairs and tables. One guy, roughly my fathers age, particularly aggravated me, as his unwavering stare the entire time the young lady graced his presence. Like I wanted to throw my chair aggravating. He wasn’t the only one who looked, but yet, thats when this thought hit me:
Its a nice thing to look nice, presentable, hell even bombshell status. but I’ve notice with most people that are considered “beautiful” by socitial standards, and very very few that Ive come across have been... how shall I put it... attitudes that are ...socially acceptable?
Far too many wh*re themselves around thinking that they’re Gods Greatest Gift, and that hold their nose so high that they might as well wear a neck brace and lock it up there for good. ?Im so pretty.
Im so great.
Im so hot.
Im IM IM.
Me ME ME.

Sigh....
But perhaps things weren’t always that way, I had known quite a few of these people before.. blossoming, and they were shy, or were total sweethearts. After the hordes and hordes and hordes of festering Males asking, hitting on, oogling and harassing these females time and time again... Maybe its not that the girls are b*tches, they must be sooo tired of being put into a social spotlight whether they want to be or not, whether they want to be the center of attention or not. If I was being harassed no matter how I talked, acted or reacted, how pissed would I be on a daily basis to even blink too long.
Then again most guys would consider most girls like that just “hard to get.”
When it comes to the same setup except with a guy at the helm, somehow I cant help but hear the word douchbag come to mind.
Ah the loyal doublestandard.
But this thought was just a thought. It doesn’t cover Dumb Blonde Syndrome or Dark Brunette NWBS (New Wave Blonde Syndrome). lol.
