I really like being A manager but something really has to give with my bi-polar GM. I don't think she know's if she is coming or going half the time. She says one thing one minute and does something else she cant stop. She is happy one second and screaming the next.
Some say she needs to be in a hospital or something... I have done all I can do to help her, I am lost for words and suggestion for her I have covered her back so much it has become an everyday thing. I think its time I let her take the fall for her own crap this time I can't keep doing it.
