| "Night Storm"

What is it about being alone in the house on a dark stormy night? The house seems to come alive with noises you have never heard before. Was that footsteps?
The thunder rumbles across the sky as lightning strikes the ground; you can feel the rumbling beneath your bed. The shadows that line the wall seem to come alive.
Your flesh cries out with goose bumps as your heart races, you hear the pounding in your ears. Afraid to move you stay ever so still silently watching and waiting.
