OPEN RELATIONSHIPS

If an open relationship is agreed upon and there is a clear understanding that both parties will see other people, could this type of relationship end up becoming something more? I have been in one open relationship and it sometimes get troubling since I had to constantly catch/remind myself that I am not in a one-on-one relationship with this person. What are your thoughts?

Good Morning, I feel that if the open relationship is argeed upon then those are the rules of engagement. My personal thoughts are that if you are in any relationship why allow it to be open, especially if you love that person and may fall In-Love with that person. No one that really loves there mate would want another person touching, talking or doing anything else with that person. In the end its you on the love of your life and I would NEVER want to share that which God blessed me with.
