I am so done with this rain!!! If this is the kind of weather we're in for, I'll just move back to the great Northwest!
Just saw the weather forecast, actually looks fairly decent for this week. Yeay!!!
Didja hear the good news? The U.N. Security Council, chaired by none other than our own President Obama, unanimously approved a resolution Thursday to rid the world of nuclear weapons. Wow! Isn't it fantastic? I don't know how we ever slept at night before. But now, we no longer have to worry about world powers destroying the planet with nuclear weapons. We're finally safe from those evil nuc's.
Once again our children have a bright and safe future. We should all be holding hands, singing "We are the World" and dancing in the streets.
And don't you worry about North Korea and Iran. President Obama made it very clear that any nation that defies the disarmament will be held - you ready for it? Accountable. Wooooooooooooooooo! Scary stuff. Kim Jong-Il and Ahmadinejad must be curled up in a fetal position somewhere sucking their thumbs after a threat like THAT!
Oh, and what about that teacher having her students chant "Mmm, Mmm, Mmm, Barack Hussein Obama!"? WTF??? I wonder if there are any teachers on the opposite side of the issue teaching their students little chants like, I don't know, something like...
"Puke-O-Rama! Barack Insane Obama! He is a theif, gives terrorists relief! He says he's gonna help us! I think he's gonna scalp us! It isn't very funny! Hey! Where is all the money?"
Well, I'm signing off for now. Lots of work to do. My daughter and her husband are moving and I have a truckload of boxes in the back of my Exploder that I'm taking to their house and helping them pack. Not the most fun I've ever had on a Sunday, but hey, I'll be hanging out with family, right? Makes it all worth it. My son would be there too, but he's in Pensacola at the moment working on a tile job.
