| Am I blind?

i was dating a guy for a couple of weeks during those weeks he always said that he was tired and yes he worked up to 8 to 9 hours for 5 or 6 six days. he said maybe during the week or weekend he will come and see or we will meet and he never keeps his word. and he says he is not a phone person and we only talk for 15 to 30 minute on the phone and that per day. he doesn't call to let me know that he change his mind and calls me impatient when i tell him how i feel. in guys term...what does that mean when a guy says he wants the relationship but only sees me on his term? am i not getting it?
