| Older Guys and Younger Gals

I was suggested by a close friend that i should look at younger gals for potential dates or LTRs???
I am 45 so i was thinking 30 to 40? are those gals so different than 40 to 50 gals? or isnt it just the qualities of the individual that should be the factor rather than a biological age?
questions...needing answers
