| Life At Any Age

No matter how life goes
If it goes down or if it goes up
Life sucks and at times is good
But in life we all have to grow up
Being a little kid is like a dream
Sometimes it's bad, sometimes it's good
But kids are always wishing for things
Cuz in real life they are misunderstood
Kids want to be grown-ups
So people would hear them out
So us grown-ups wont tell them off
And have them tell us what it's all about
But as kids become teenagers
Then young adults
Then they wish to go back in time
Cuz they just want to get out
Get out of their responsibility
Get out of working all day
Wishing they could be kids again
So they could just go out and play
But life is hard at any age
No matter if your big or small
Life drives you crazy no matter what
It sometimes makes you bounce off the wall
You could be a little kid wishing to be an adult
Or an adult wishing to be a kid again
But no matter how hard life turns out to be
You can always count on god, your family, and friends
God has a reason for everything
Whether your young or whether your old
God has a reason for everything
Just like he has a reason for it being hot or cold
God already knows what's going to happen
In my life and in everyone else
But the test that god has for everyone
Is to believe in him and in themselves
Your life may suck at this moment
But always put your trust in god
He knows what he's doing
He loves each and everyone of us
Life and death are just the same
Because just like life, death attacks everyone
Everyone lives, everyone dies
And just like that everyone is gone
That's why at any age
Whether old or very young
We need to do things right in life
As well as have some fun
So don't wish for things that will never happen
Wish for things that god can grant
Like happiness in everyone's life
Not things like love or money cuz that he can't
But he can give you a way to earn it
Like for money you get a job
For love it's harder cuz you have to find
The one that's your true love
But whether your a kid or an adult
Don't wish for something you were or are going to be
Wish for god to help you through life
Wish for happiness and peace
In life we all learn from our mistakes
Mistakes that make us who we are today
Making sure they don't happen again
While we watch our kids play
As long as we have our friends and family
And someone we could love
Lets not forget about that special someone
We all know as god up above
We need to thank him for everything
We need to thank him everyday
We need to thank him for our family and friends
With whom we share life everyday
